  • 1. Our policies regarding protection of personal information:

    We recognize the importance of proper protection of the customer's personal information (information on living individuals, which can be identified as specific individuals, hereinafter simply referred to as "personal information"). In order to fulfill this responsibility, we shall handle personal information under the following policies.

    We shall comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information and guidelines of the responsible minister. Also, we will make every effort to improve handling of such data.
    We shall clarify the regulations concerning the handling of personal information and urge employees and business partners to handle such information appropriately within their purpose of use.
    When acquiring personal information, the person himself/herself shall be notified of its purpose of use and this information shall be handled appropriately.
    In order to prevent leakage, loss, tampering, etc. of personal information, we shall take necessary measures to manage the information appropriately.
    As for the retained personal data We will respond in good faith by accepting requests from the principal information holder for disclosure, correction and suspension of use at the prescribed window.

  • 2. Purpose of use, etc:

    We shall acquire personal information which is necessary for our business execution as we carry out our business objectives such as research and development, manufacturing and sales of robots etc., but the personal information stated below shall be used for the following purposes.
    In addition, in order to facilitate business smoothly, we sometimes outsource part of our work and provide personal information to a subcontractor to the extent necessary, but in these cases, our company will sign an agreement concerning handling of personal information and shall conduct appropriate supervision.

    Work related to sales, lease, rental, installation, repair, service of our products. Also, notice and PR of new products and services related to these. In addition, surveys and customer relations is included here as well.

  • 3. Disclosure/Provision to a Third Party:

    We shall not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the case of working with an outsourcing company etc. described in "2. Purpose of Use" or any of the following cases.
    When there is consent of the customer from himself/herself.
    When disclosing/providing statistical data etc. in a state where the person is not identifiable.
    When requested to disclose/offer the personal data based on laws and ordinances.
    In cases where it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.

  • 4. Shared use of personal information:

    In order to introduce our products, we may jointly use personal information with our distributors, etc. In this case, we shall sign a contract with these parties regarding handling of personal information. We shall conduct appropriate supervision as well.

    If you wish to disclose your own personal information about personal data possessed by our company, after confirming that you are the person this request was made, we will reply within a reasonable period.

  • 6. Correction and Deletion etc.:

    If we wish to correct, add or delete your own personal information from our data gathered, after confirming that the person who made this inquiry is the person himself/herself, if any of the content is different from fact, in some cases, we shall correct, add or delete information within a reasonable period.

  • 7. Suspension & Deletion of Data:

    If you wish to suspend or delete your own personal information from the personal data held by us, after confirming that you are the person who made this inquiry, we will suspend or delete your data within a reasonable period of time.

    If you suspend or delete some or all of this information, we may be unable to offer you our full services according to your request, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation (note that, for information that we have retained under the relevant laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to requests for suspension or deletion.)

We are seeking for people who can work on mechanical design and development of robots at our Kyoto R&D laboratory, which was established in June of 2017.
Specific Work:
Mechanical design and robot development using 3D-CAD. Production and assembly of robot equipment.
Graduate of a technical college or above. Having a driver’s license is mandatory. Experience in mechanical design.  ※All nationalities are welcome.
